Where can I purchase LAURUS Collections?

LAURUS products are sold in our LAURUS showroom in Milano and on our website.

What colors or models are available?

All of our bags are customizable. Please contact us to learn more about customizing your purchase.

Which payment methods and currency does LAURUS accept?

We accept 100s of localised payment methods including; Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, iDEAL, Maestro, Sofort, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Klarna, AfterPay and many more. We process all transactions in the localised currency selected at checkout.

Where are LAURUS Collections manufactured?

LAURUS’ creations are proudly handmade and crafted in and around Milano, Italy where the LAURUS headquarters and the workshop is located. This means that the whole production process, beginning from the designers’ inspiration sketch to the final handmade product, happens in Italy. Our leathers are all sourced from Italian tanneries and our packaging is also handmade in Italy.

Is exotic leather ethical?

The CITES certified leathers sourced by LAURUS are ethically produced and promote wildlife conservation. LAURUS’ takes great care to ensure that its entire supply chain, including the sourcing of its leathers is done in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Which countries does LAURUS ship to?

LAURUS ships worldwide from our Milan & London offices, with free international shipping and returns.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

We ship quickly and offer free international shipping and returns on all orders. Delivery times vary between regions however will normally be received within 1 to 2 business days. We strive to dispatch non-customized pieces within 48 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a code to track your package.

Where can I repair my LAURUS product?

Please visit the LAURUS showroom, or boutiques with your product for our Sales Ambassadors to assist you in sending your item in for repair. You may find a store located nearest to you in the Boutique Tab.In the event that you are unable to find a LAURUS boutique near to your location, please do not hesitate to contact our International Customer Service Team via our Contact Form to assist you.

About the Repair Service

All repairs are sent back to the LAURUS workshop located outside of Milano. It is here where our specialized craftsmen will assess the extent of damage and provide a definitive quotation on the repairs, replacement and workmanship charges, in the event the repair is not covered by our lifetime warranty.

Repairs may take between 10-15 weeks depending on the condition of the item and the work involved. We seek your understanding that not all items are serviceable depending on the extent of damage, and our repair workshop will not be able to restore your item back to its original purchased condition due to the effects of environmental ageing and wear.
